As Chief Executive Officer at Mackintosh College, Shane Mackintosh coordinates the the overall running of the college. After joining in his full time capacity, Shane has worked and managed a number of departments within the college including the IT Department and Operations Department. Taking the position of CEO in late 2006, Shane will assist in continuing to further grow the college into Australia's leading private training organisation.

Tom Crankshaw
Sales and Marketing Manager

Tom Crankshaw (BB Marketing, BA Japanese, Dip Multimedia) oversees the international & domestic marketing of all Vocational Education & Training (VET) and ELICOS (English Language) programs offered by Mackintosh College. This includes identifying opportunities, proposing new marketing strategies, implementing approved strategies and monitoring their ongoing effectiveness and adjusting accordingly. Working closely with College registrar to monitor and assist in correspondence with students and agents leading up to enrolment at the College, he represents the College at meetings with associations, schools and international agents involved in the co-ordination, promotion and support of Mackintosh College and Australian education.

Ivan Kwong
Corporate Accountant

Ivan Kwong, FCCA(UK), FCPA(HK), ASA(Aust) ACIS(HK/UK/Aust), MBA(Aust), is the head of our Accounts Department overseeing the College's accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax, and financial and management reporting functions. Ivan joined the College in April 2005 bringing with him to the College many years working experiences in accounting, auditing, projects administration and business management. Ivan is a qualified accountant in Hong Kong/UK and a member of the CPA Australia. He is also a Chartered Secretary in HK/UK/Australia. He holds a master degree in Business Administration from the University of New England, Australia.
