If you are looking for a career or part-time work in a Front Office or Hotel Reception position or to update your current skill set, this course will provide you with all of the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills.  Being on the front line in the Accommodation industry requires knowledge, poise and technical skill.  With a wide range of practical and technical skills you will become a valuable prospective employee in a truly vibrant sector of the Hospitality Industry.

This course is delivered on campus in our modern computer laboratory as evening classes three nights a week for two weeks.  You will learn about and develop skills with current, popular reservations software.  This industry relevant training ensures that you will gain all of the theoretical knowledge and practical skills that you will need to function at a professional level from day one.

Upon achieving the outcomes of the course you will attain a Certificate of Attainment.
