If you are looking for a career or part-time work in the Gaming Industry or simply to add to your current hospitality skill set, this course will provide you with all the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills.  Gaming has become a major component of Club, Hotel and Resort operations and is an Industry of rapid growth demanding quality staff that are knowledgeable about its many facets.  With a wide range of gaming knowledge you will become a valuable prospective employee in a high demand sector of the hospitality industry.

The course is delivered on campus, in our purpose designed hospitality classroom in either daytime or evening classes to suit your availability.  You will learn about and develop skills on real-world, up-to-date equipment including live gaming machines.  This industry relevant training facility ensures that you will gain all of the theoretical knowledge and practical skills that you will need to function at a professional level from day one.

Upon achieving the outcomes of the course you will attain a partial certification in Certificate I in Hospitality (Operations).  The competencies covered are nationally recognised and fully transferable to further Hospitality studies.  The course includes attainment of the Responsible Gambling Services competency, which is a basic requirement for working in the Gaming Industry.  To maximize your employability and promotional potential, consider combining your Gaming RGS course with the attainment of a Gaming Licence , a licence that is becoming increasingly sought after by Industry employers and take advantage of a 10% discount off the second course.
