If you are looking for a career or part-time work in the Hospitality Industry or have recently relocated from Interstate, this course will provide you with the necessary competency.  It is a legal requirement that Licensed venues adopt Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations and it has become accepted best practice that all employees hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.

The course is delivered on campus, by industry professionals, in either day time or evening classes to suit your availability.  A lecture style course, you will learn about the many procedures involved in identifying and dealing with a range of potential issues that can arise in Licenced venues.  With a working knowledge of current legislation, you will become a valuable prospective employee in a truly exciting sector of the hospitality industry.

Upon achieving the outcomes of the course you will attain a partial certification in Certificate I in Hospitality (Operations).  The Responsible Service of Alcohol competency covered is currently recognised in Queensland only, however it is fully transferable to further hospitality studies.  To maximize your employability, consider combining your Responsible Service of Alcohol course with the Responsible Gambling Services course, a basic requirement for working in a gaming venue and take advantage of a 10% discount off the second course.
